Office Infrastructure

The Petrolink Group maintains a modern and technologically advanced office infrastructure. The company is fully computerised and has on-line access to Standards Australia. Significant investment has been made in operational and specialised software, as well as planning programs compatible with most mainstream drafting products. Petrolink are committed to maintaining the latest technology and using it effectively to offer the best possible service to our clients.

Quality Assurance/Documentation Control

Petrolink’s Company Policies and Procedures have been established to ensure professional operation of the company. These specially developed procedures prevent the omission or duplication of any servicing operation and ensures that suppliers’ goods and services meet or exceed specified standards.

Petrolink’s systems are ISO and AS/NZS Accredited and its services are delivered in accordance with the following standards:

  • Quality Management

  • Environmental Management
    ISO 14001:2004           CEM20340
  • OH&S Management
    AS/NZS 4801:2001      OHS20233

Third party audits are carried out by DNV Certification in accordance with each systems specific accreditation requirements.

  • Petrolink staff are fully trained and certified in the appropriate OH&S areas.
  • Petrolink regularly updates its own Site Safety Manual in accordance with OH&S requirements.
  • Petrolink is accredited by the Australian Institute of Petroleum (AIP).

To guarantee client satisfaction, Petrolink maintains a Help Desk to quickly and efficiently assist with day-to-day enquiries. Petrolink maintains its own fully equipped manufacturing workshop facility capable of handling pump, motor and valve repairs and refurbishments and includes lathes, mills and specialised welding gear.

 

Executive Team

Barry Boné
- CEO/Director

Barry holds formal qualifications in business management and has over 25 years experience in the Fuel Industry and regularly consults to leading Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Substance Industries throughout NSW.

He is accredited by the Australian Institute of Dangerous Goods Consultants. Barry is also the current National President of the Petroleum Industry Contractors Association.
    


Lynne Tajsic
- National Administrative Services Manager

Lynne has 25 years experience in office support functions including financial and credit control, purchasing and executive secretarial services.

Lynne heads up a team of experienced office personnel supplying the Company with the necessary infrastructure to co-ordinate activities between and within the Divisions.
    


 
Craig Boné
- Key Accounts Manager

With over 20 years' experience in the maintenance and servicing of fuel management systems, Craig holds a Diploma in Industrial Electronics and Programmable Logic Controllers.

His expertise is highly sought by existing clients throughout NSW. Craig is fully certified in Confined Spaces Entry and Work Permitting (Explosive Atmospheres) as well as being the Company's qualified Senior First Aid Officer.



Carsten Henriksen
- Projects Engineer

Carsten has worked extensively in designing mechanical equipment for major manufacturers in the petroleum industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Mechatronics (Hons.) degree and provides the company with expert advice on a range of subjects.

 

 

Other key staff

Petrolink's full staff complement also includes experienced and qualified machinists, welders, mechanical fitters, pipefitters, valve technicians, pump technicians, flow control, consultants and plan draftspersons.

All Petrolink Group staff are well versed and trained in the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment.

In addition Petrolink has all the necessary equipment for entry into explosive atmospheres, confined spaces and working at heights including approved rescue equipment, harnesses, breathing apparatus, gas analysis meters.

On staff is an OH&S-compliant, Safety Officer, who is trained and certified in First Aid.

The Group's fleet of vehicles are equipped with the necessary first aid kit, fire extinguisher and site specific safety equipment including rescue harnesses, gas monitor and self contained breathing apparatus.

All Petrolink Group divisions are supported by trained and qualified office administration staff, accountants and assistants.

In addition, the Group has full-time field force teams of Mechanical Fitters.

Mechanical Fitters work in a Team situation, as in most cases two people are required due to the high incidence of Confined Spaces and Special Work Areas.

All Petrolink Group Teams are "Area Complete", i.e. each team is able to complete all tasks necessary at the specific area.
